The GBM company has created an innovative system for grape processing.
Normally the disposal of grape-stalks is a problem because of their bulk.
To avoid this problem we have designed the TRINCIARASPI, a machine with a special steel rotor fitted with blades, housed in a steel structure designed to channel the grape-stalks.
The high velocity of rotation obtained by transmission from an electric motor of suitable dimensions produces the shredding which reduces the bulk of the grape-stalks by 80-85% of their initial volume.
