Safety
All machines in the TR series comply with the directive with the CE mark and the required documentation.
Although the machines are equipped with all the necessary accident prevention measures to ensure operator safety, the cutting devices can still cause watermelons to people, animals or things that are accidentally introduced into the range of action of the stem cutter.
The machines and their area of action must be considered as integral parts of the process and like all the others, placed under the control of the safety manager.
The machine as supplied by the manufacturer can be used only and exclusively to shred the grape stalks obtained after pressing the bunches used in winemaking processes.
Furthermore, it must be fed only and exclusively through an automatic system which can be either a conveyor belt or an Archimedean screw system.
Sound pressure:
All models with Archimede screw exhaust produce a sound pressure lower than 85 dB.
The TR4 machine in the basic version operating at maximum power generates a sound pressure in its vicinity that can exceed 90 dB.
It cannot therefore be installed in closed environments or in places where restrictions on the sound pressure value are prescribed.
If these conditions occur, it is necessary to provide adequate protection through insulating acoustic panels.
In any case, it must be conducted by personnel equipped with adequate hearing protection.
